zbaje Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zbaje ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the zbaje website at zbaje.vip and all associated services, games, promotions and features offered through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or using any service on zbaje.

By accessing zbaje, registering an account, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use zbaje.

2 Eligibility

You may only register and use a zbaje account if you meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. zbaje strictly prohibits use by anyone under the age of 21.
• You are accessing zbaje voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by zbaje or communicated to zbaje by any other platform or scheme.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously had an account with zbaje terminated for breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account with zbaje. Opening multiple accounts (known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited. To register, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted during the registration process, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name, which will be used for account verification and security purposes.
• A valid email address where zbaje can send account communications and security alerts.
• A password of sufficient strength. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.

zbaje reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close or suspend any account that is found to have been opened using false information or in breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

zbaje supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Bangladesh-based payment methods. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. zbaje does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the cashier section. Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• zbaje may request KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal request. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and applies equally to all players.
• Funds deposited on zbaje may only be used for gaming activity on the platform. Unused deposits may be withdrawn subject to identity verification requirements.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

zbaje offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside individual offers:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Bonus abuse, including the opening of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the accounts being closed.
• zbaje reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to active bonus terms will not apply retroactively to bonuses already claimed.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to wagering requirements on any winnings generated from those spins, unless the promotion terms explicitly state that winnings are credited as withdrawable cash.

zbaje may offer seasonal promotions timed around events significant to the Bangladesh market, including BPL cricket tournaments, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day and Independence Day. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on zbaje are subject to the rules of the specific game or market being wagered on. In addition, the following general betting rules apply across the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. zbaje will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, zbaje reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• For live sports betting, including cricket, if an event is abandoned or significantly curtailed zbaje will apply the rules specific to that sport and market as described in the sportsbook help section.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the cashier and game rules sections and may be updated by zbaje from time to time.

7 Responsible Gaming

zbaje is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Players may set deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits on their accounts at any time via account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Players may request a temporary time-out from their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out, the account cannot be used for gaming or deposits.
• Players may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting zbaje support at [email protected]. A self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.
• zbaje is strictly for players aged 21 and above. If you believe a person under the age of 21 has accessed zbaje using your device, please contact support immediately and change your account password.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on zbaje, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, design elements, and the zbaje brand name and trademark, is the property of zbaje or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any zbaje content without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. zbaje operates under licence from those providers to offer their games on the platform.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zbaje and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using zbaje to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Registering more than one account on zbaje, or assisting another person to create an account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games, sharing account credentials, or engaging in any form of match-fixing in relation to sports betting markets on zbaje.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting fraudulent documentation during KYC verification.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zbaje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if zbaje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

zbaje does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond zbaje's control may result in temporary unavailability. zbaje will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance where possible.

11 Amendments to These Terms

zbaje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, zbaje will provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of zbaje after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using zbaje and may request withdrawal of any remaining balance before the effective date.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of zbaje that cannot be resolved through zbaje's internal complaints process should be escalated by contacting [email protected]. zbaje will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
